What have I been working on?

  1. Started to put together Fireside Fiction submission packet, but then I changed my mind about the company upon further research.
  2. Finished writing September Patreon flash fiction.
  3. Wrote out a Plot Bunny and will be editing it for submission (“Closure”).
  4. Updated Bobbin Lace pattern with edits.

What’s in Edits right now?

  1. “Closure” went through the 1st and 2nd editing stages.
  2. Sept Patreon is through edits 1 & 2.

Anything submitted?

  1. Submitted “Closure” to Long Leaf Review, Dime Show Review, and Open: Journal of Arts & Letters.
    1. All three accept simultaneous submissions.

  1. I’ve completed the updates to my website. The Home page is now a static About Me page. http://talesfromapolkcountygirl.com
  2. Updated my LinkedIn profile. I don’t stay on top of that like I should.

What have I been working on?

  1. Wrote satirical creative nonfiction piece based on my Italian vacation and the nonsense that went on; titled: Can We Pause for Minute?
  2. Combined and organized the various Bobbin Lace documents so I can be more organized.
  3. Began outlining the 2nd novella in my Traveling Knitter Series (Knitting on the Bayou).
  4. Updating the Bobbin Lace timeline

  1. Obsession (short story) Edit 4 stage
  2. Can We Pause for Minute? (creative nonfiction) Edit 1 stage

Added 19 potential publishers and/or journals to my Submission Excel spreadsheet.
