Dear Readers,
I hope everyone had a pleasant weekend, regardless of your religious views. My weekend was filled with family, food (OMG THE FOOD!!!), and gifts. I’d like to share a few of the crafting-related Christmas gifts I received.

Husky 14 in. Rolling Tool Tote with Bonus Bag

I’m calling it my On-the-Go Craft Room! My wonderful husband bought me this. The bottom case can hold larger projects like blankets, sweaters, and large shawls and wraps. I’ve put the FB Camo 10 Stitch Blanket in there when I’m not working on it.

The medium sized case (Bonus Bag) holds my yarn cone holder. It’s a tight fit thought. If I don’t use the cone holder, just the cones, I can fit two full cones of yarn in there.

I’m slowly moving my knitting stuff into the bags. My craft room is a disaster right now, so it’ll taken some time.

Easy Knitted Tea Cosies by Lee Ann Garrett

This book contains 20 tea cozy patterns, including a pumpkin, an apple, a bee, etc. It is part of the “20 Twenty to Make” series by Search Press.

I’ve never made a tea cozy before, so this will be an interesting experiment.

Rosewood Yarn Bowl from Darn Good Yarn

Darn Good Yarn is a fair trade company, whose mission is “to help the women of India and Nepal become self-reliant and provide for their families.” Not only is this yarn bowl beautiful, but it smells amazing!

This bowl is made out of Sheesham (aka Indian Rosewood). Measurements: 5 inches in diameter, and 2.5 inches high.

It is a beautiful yarn bowl. I had to start using it immediately, while working on my 10 stitch blanket (which is almost done!!!).

I can’t wait to make use of all my wonderful crafting gifts in 2017.

It is really great when our loved ones know us so well they know what will make us happy and what is needed when gift giving. That on the go craft bags are pretty sweet. The bowl is pretty and useful.
