Flash and Bones by Kathy Reichs

Summary:

The weekend of the big NASCAR race at Charlotte Motor Speedway is a big enough spectacle without the addition of human remains being discovered. Over a decade before, two teenagers disappeared, so naturally speculation ensues. Toss in a White Supremacist group, a missing husband in from Atlanta on business, and planning her ex’s wedding with his new fiancée,Tempe’s got a lot on her plate. Cherry on top: the FBI step in and confiscate the remains and destroy them.

Opinion:

This was the most recently published book in the Temperance Brennan series. It was okay. Another non-page-turner. The next one is due out in August. I spoke to soon before about Reichs finding her stride. (See 206 Bones.) Hopefully, the next one will be good.
