The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin

Summary:

Writer Gretchen Rubin embarks on a “happiness project” so she can become more appreciative of the nice life she has. The chapters of the book are assigned the months of the year, with an introduction chapter setting up her research. Each month has its own goals which build on top of each other as the year goes on.

Opinion:

Each chapter had interesting points in them; some of which I’ve adopted myself. I’ll post the book notes I took while reading as well.

One thing I did notice is the closer the chapters got to the end of the book, the shorter they became. It was almost like she was ready for the book and project to end.
